Charging cables

Charging cables for electric vehicles have a connector of either type 1 or type 2 (depending on the electric vehicle). The connector to the charging station is always the same.

Older cars tend to have Type 1 in Europe, newer cars all have Type 2, which has become a European standard. You can easily recognize them by their appearance, type 1 has 3 larger pins in a triangle and two smaller ones, while type 2 has five larger and two smaller pins.

If you are not sure about your choice, do not hesitate to contact us or visit our database of electric cars, where all cars have their connectors and the power of the on-board charger.
